In “Post Malone Goes Country” news, he released his single “Pour Me A Drink” featuring Blake Shelton on Friday along with the official music video yesterday. If you love music videos that mostly fill the time with people drinking and partying next to trucks… this video was made for you. He is definitely channeling his best 90’s no storyline country video with this. Last week, he announced the full-length LP country album is titled “F-1 Trillion” and will be released on August 16th. Cinderblock’s frequent collaborator, Mitchell Ferguson, just dropped a new visualizer for his single “Breathe,” produced by the Cinderblock productions team. You may be wondering, what is a music visualizer? It’s not those old-school Windows Media Player videos anymore; it's a simple way for artists to release full-length videos without all the bells and whistles. Think cool themes and simple camera work.

“Breathe” went viral on TikTok last month, with thousands of users sharing their life’s struggles and how they've learned to “breathe underwater.” Check out the full video now streaming on the Cinderblock TV apps.

What tour…? The world tour.

🔗 It’s the summer of handcuffs, apparently. Justin Timberlake was arrested for a DWI this past week in the Hamptons, sparking the latest meme craze with his red-eyed mugshot and him muttering that this “was going to ruin the tour.” In pop culture, this might feel like ancient history, but the thing that I find fascinating is that he joins a lineup of A-listers who’ve been ‘behind bars’ recently. Travis Scott was arrested last week for disorderly intoxication and trespassing, and a few months ago, Morgan Wallen got in trouble with the law for throwing a chair off a roof onto a busy street. These incidents obviously range in severity, but it’s rare to see such high-profile mugshots make the rounds so close together.

Going from 2 million monthly listeners to 20 million+ is a huge feat... Chappell Roan did it in 4 months. Most recently debuting on late night tv, she has taken the world by storm with her synth-pop sounds that mix the best parts of the mid 80’s and early 2000s. Like always- I will be ending these newsletters with a little Cinderblock business news. I am taking the “build in public” seriously and want to let our users and musicians know what’s going on behind the curtain. This week I’ve got a couple cool milestones to announce!
